Community walks
You can show your support in the fight against MND by participating in a number of community walks – or start your own. The famous ‘Walk to the G’ to FightMND on Big Freeze day drums up thousands of people who walk to the MCG just before the annual Big Freeze event.

Cycle to FightMND
One of Australia’s most popular leisure activities, cycling is a great sport for your health and well-being while also being a great sport to use as platform to fundraise to ‘Beat The Beast’. Cycling has always provided amazing levels of fundraising for FightMND and you can join Team FightMND today and sign up to be part of the army.
