Ange Teulon ran for Team FightMND in Run Melbourne in 2018. She ran and fundraised for FightMND because her sister Jane had the dreaded disease. Jane died less than a week before the event. Ange tells her personal story here and why she so passionately fundraises for FightMND.
Christmas is a time for giving and these courageous people generously gave of their time to help with this year’s appeal video – and we thank them. They are patients, sons and fathers, husbands and wives, mates, grandchildren and athletes – all with a connection to MND.
In 2017, Team FightMND raised over $300,000 to commit to fund vital research into finding an effective treatment and cure for Motor Neurone Disease.
Everyone that took part has an amazing and fulfilling day, knowing they had contributed in some small way to our dream of achieving a world free from MND.
Grant Baker has joined the race to find a cure. He is running in Run Melbourne. He is running for FightMND and for his inspirational wife Cath – who was diagnosed with MND in 2016.
