FightMND is committed to driving global research that accelerates the discovery of effective ALS treatments. As part of this mission, we partner with the Sean M. Healey & AMG Center for ALS at Mass General Brigham (MGB) and ALS Finding a Cure to co‑fund the ALS Scholars in Therapeutics Program.

The two-year Program strengthens the global ALS research pipeline by supporting early‑career scientists focused on developing new treatments. It offers structured training, expert mentorship, and hands‑on exposure to therapy development. Scholars gain experience across translational research, drug development, and engagement with people living with ALS, building capacity and accelerating progress toward new therapeutic options.

By supporting this program, FightMND helps equip future leaders with the skills and experience required to drive new discoveries and deliver meaningful change for people living with ALS.
