What is the Big Freeze?
The Big Freeze is FightMND’s largest fundraising campaign, raising vital funds for MND research and projects supporting those living with MND
On 8 June 2026, the MCG will be flooded with blue Beanies as brave celebrities take the plunge into Australia’s coldest ice bath.
And we’re not stopping there! We’re freezing the nation with State Freeze events in WA, SA and Qld!

Where can I purchase a Beanie?
Big Freeze Beanies are available from Coles, Bunnings, Reddy Express stores and online at our Merch Store
Are you selling any other merchandise during Big Freeze 12?
Yes. We have other Big Freeze merchandise for you to purchase this Big Freeze.
The Big Freeze Kids Beanies for our younger supporters. These are available at Coles stores in Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia.
Big Freeze 12 Crew Socks are available at Coles and select Reddy Express stores in Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia. Footy Socks are available online.
Queensland supporters who may find the Beanie a bit too warm for the tropical climate can purchase their own Big Freeze 12 Cap at Coles, Bunnings and select Reddy Express stores.
If there is something not available to purchase in your state, don’t worry! Big Freeze merchandise is available for purchase online at fightmnd.org.au
What size is your kids Beanie?
Kids Beanies are designed to fit children up to 7 years of age.
Can I purchase a Beanie from previous years?
We have a limited number of previous Big Freeze Beanies in stock. For more information, please reach out to the team at [email protected]
Can I make a bulk order for Beanies?
Yes. Bulk orders for Beanies and Socks can be made at shop.fightmnd.org.au
I didn’t get a tracking number when I placed my order. Is there another way to get this?
A tracking number is sent when your order is shipped, not at the time it is placed. Be sure to check you spam or promotions folder.
If you can’t find it, please send your name, address and order number to [email protected] and we can send you your tracking number.
I received my order, but it is damaged. Who can I speak to about this?
Please email your order number, name and address to [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Will I get a receipt for the Beanies / Socks I purchased online? Will I get a receipt for my donation?
You’ll receive a receipt for your merchandise purchase / donation via email. It will show a breakdown of your contribution.
If you haven’t received it, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, just email us at [email protected] and will resend it.
