Big Freeze Community Round is a week of special games hosted by local sporting clubs, leagues and organisations to raise awareness and funds for FightMND.
In 2026 Big Freeze Community Round returns from Friday 29 May to Friday 5 June. If these dates don’t suit your club, don’t worry! You can host your Community Round any time.

This could include an ice-bucket relay, asking your coaches or senior players to take on an ice bucket challenge or running a sausage sizzle or blue themed bake sale.
