What’s it all about?

Imagine a road trip with a purpose. Daniher’s Drive is your chance to hit the road, make lifelong memories and be part of the fight against motor neurone disease (MND). 

From 9 to 12 October, more than 220 participants will hit the road through regional Victoria, raising vital funds and awareness for MND research.  

Whether you have been personally affected by MND, or just want to make a difference, this is your chance to join an adventure like no other in the battle against the Beast.

Daniher’s Drive is where adventure meets purpose. It’s a chance to rally your friends, get behind the wheel and help us in the battle against the Beast. Together you’ll explore some of Victoria’s most beautiful locations, while raising awareness and funds for FightMND.  

Along the way you’ll meet others who are passionate about making a difference and create special bonds to last a lifetime. With exciting community events and our unforgettable night celebrations, every stop along the route promises to be filled with fun and camaraderie.

How you make a difference

Since Daniher’s Drive kicked off in 2015, our amazing Drive family has raised over $14 million to fuel the fight against MND.  

Your incredible support is making a real difference, funding groundbreaking research and bringing us closer to a cure. Thanks to you, FightMND has invested more than $115 million into clinical trials, Drug Development projects and support for Australians living with MND. Together we’re driving change.

Entry costs and fundraising

Registrations for Daniher’s Drive are now open! 

This year the registration fee for this year’s Drive will stay at $600 per person. This includes: 

  • 1 Daniher’s Drive t-shirts 
  • a cap 
  • a car decal set for your team. 
  • exclusive access to all the community and night events (including meals and beverages) that make Daniher’s Drive so memorable 

Teams are a minimum of 2 people – so get your friends and family involved.  

Each team must fundraise a minimum of $5,000 before the start of the Drive. Teams with more than 4 people must raise an additional $1,500 per person.  

Our Fundraising team is available to help you on your fundraising journey. This includes helping set up your shareable online fundraising page, come up with fundraising ideas and provide you with resources.
