Daniher’s Drive 2026
For the first time ever, FightMND’s Daniher’s Drive is hitting the road beyond Victoria – and we’re heading to South Australia! Join 200 participants on an unforgettable three-day experience combining stunning drives, incredible events, and the shared mission to fight Motor Neurone Disease.
We will be hitting the road between Thursday 8 – Sunday 11 October, 2026 and it’s already shaping up to be an unforgettable experience. One you won’t want to miss.
What is Daniher’s Drive?
Daniher’s Drive is a four-day road trip with purpose. Bringing the spirit of FightMND to our regional communities. These communities have backed us from day one, and the Drive is our way of giving back. Saying thank you, raising awareness, and generating vital funds for MND research and care initiative.
It’s about connection, community, and putting the fun in fundraising. Whether you’re personally touched by MND or simply want to help make a difference, this event is for you.
YOUR ITINERARY
We have three days of spectacular drives, community stops and fun events planned:
Thu 8 Oct: Launch the Drive in Adelaide CBD, then explore the picturesque Adelaide Hills with a delicious lunch planned at the Lot.100.
Night event: Casual meet and greet event in the Adelaide CBD
Fri 9 Oct: Cruise through the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale wine region.
Night event: A fundraising gala featuring raffles, auctions and live entertainment held at Adelaide Oval.
Sat 10 Oct: Explore the world-famous Barossa Valley. Head to a lunch venue of your choice.
Night event: Our signature fancy-dress celebration with live music to end the Drive in style at the Hilton Adelaide CBD (rebranding to the Amora mid-year)
Sunday 11 Oct: Closing brunch at the Hilton (Amora)
Entry costs and fundraising
To take part in the Drive, you’ll need to sign up as a team. Teams are a minimum of 2 people. So, grab a friend (or a few!) and get ready for an unforgettable adventure.
Registrations are $600 per person and include:
- 2 x Daniher’s Drive polo t-shirts
- a cap
- a car decal set for your team.
- exclusive access to all the community and night events (including meals and beverages) that make Daniher’s Drive so memorable
Please note- costs associated with travelling to South Australia (flights, car costs etc) are not included.
It’s your all-access pass to an incredible few days of fun, connection, and impact.
Each team is required to fundraise at least $5,000 before the event kicks off. If your team has more than 4 members, you’ll need to raise an additional $1,500 for each extra person.
