Event Details

Join us as the West Coast Eagles take on St Kilda Saints and make a difference in the lives of people living with MND.

Investing in research continues to be our best weapon against the Beast, but it’s expensive and takes time.

At this special WA Freeze activation, we will be selling our new Big Freeze 10 Beanies and collecting donations.

Local celebrities, like Daisy Pearce and Andrew Embley, will take the icy plunge, all in the hopes to raise awareness and vital funds for MND Research and Care.

Date: Saturday 1 June 2024, West Coast Eagles vs. St Kilda Saints AFL game

Where: Optus Stadium

Illuminations: Turning WA blue for Big Freeze

FightMND’s annual Illuminations campaign shines a light on the thousands of Australian living with MND.

It offers a moment to reflect and remember those who have passed, those who are currently battling the Beast, and all those who care for or have cared for a loved one with MND.

Volunteer With Us

If you’re passionate about making a positive impact in the community, giving back and connecting with others, we would love to have you part of this special event.

Prior to the game, volunteers will be stationed around the stadium selling Beanies and collecting donations.

Every Beanie sold and donation brings us one step closer to a cure so team up for WA Freeze and DO your bit.
